At ESQ we have the latest technology to allow us to undertake detailed land and boundary surveys. We also have the most up to date Computer Aided Design programmes to produce 2 and 3 dimensional drawings.
These types of surveys are useful in cases of land disputes and so forth. They offer an as-built plan of the current configuration which can be compared against land registry drawings.
Our drawings will typically show level contours, existing buildings, other landmark objects, draiange layouts, road ways, etc.
